Weigh out the water, add Standapol WAQ-LC, and Dehyton PK-45. While using the prop mixer, begin heating to 70°C. Add Polyaldo 10-1-0, mix until completely dissolved. Remove from heat and begin cooling. Add sodium chloride and mix until completely dissolved. Adjust pH to 5.5 with citric acid solution. Add Laraquat. Add Mikrokill COS. Pre-mix fragrance with Lonzest SMC-20 and add to the batch.
pH—5.5 – 6.0; Viscosity—5,000 cps – 7,000 cps (RVT spindle # 6 @ 10 rpm, 1 min @ 25°C).
